Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to follow your package's journey to your doorstep.
Where do you ship?
We do our shippings on NZ post, nationwide.
How much does shipping cost?
All shippings cost $8, Free delivery when you spend $76.00 worth of items.
What if my package is delayed?
While most orders arrive within the estimated delivery window, delays can occasionally occur due to carriers, customs, or peak shipping periods. If your order hasn't arrived after the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
What is your return policy?
Sorry, we have no returns policy in change of mind, regret about size and others. All sales are all final.
What if the item came damaged or has a fault?
We will insure that, no items has any fault or damaged upon shipping or from us. But if the item came damaged from shipping, please let us know by emailing us here: official@casualrevival.co.nz and we will give you 100% refund after you verify to us.

We accept credit and debit cards such as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and other secure payment methods available at checkout.

Yes. All payments are processed securely using encrypted payment systems. We do not store your credit card information.
